AI Content Policy
Last updated 9 August 2026
Every image on DancePix AI is generated by AI. This policy explains what that means, what you can create, and what you are responsible for when you publish an image.
1. What the Service produces
Images are created by third-party AI models from the prompt built out of your studio profile and your answers in the generator. The dancers, faces and scenes are fictional and computer-generated. They are not photographs of your students, staff or studio, even when they are guided by your reference uploads.
2. Fictional people only
The Service is designed to produce fictional people. Do not use it to try to recreate the likeness of a real, identifiable person - including students, teachers, public figures or celebrities - and do not upload reference photos with the aim of reproducing a specific person's face.
3. Children in images
Dance marketing often calls for images of young dancers, and the Service can generate them. Because this is sensitive, these rules are strict:
- Depictions of minors must be age-appropriate, fully clothed in dancewear or costume, and shown in ordinary class, rehearsal or performance contexts.
- Never request suggestive, sexualised, revealing or intimate framing of a minor. This is prohibited without exception and is reported where the law requires it.
- Do not attempt to generate a child who resembles a specific real child.
- If you upload a reference photo containing children, you must already hold the consent your studio needs for that photo.
4. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to generate:
- sexual, nude or suggestive content involving anyone, and especially minors;
- likenesses of real, identifiable people, including deepfakes;
- violent, hateful, harassing or discriminatory imagery;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or brand;
- images intended to mislead, such as fake awards, fake endorsements, fake news, or claims about facilities and results your studio does not have;
- anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
5. Accuracy is your responsibility
AI images are approximations. Uniforms, logos, studio layouts, shoes, props and hands are often close but not exact, and models sometimes produce visible errors. We run an automatic quality check on generated images, but it is advisory only and will miss things.
Review every image before you publish it. Do not present a generated image as a photograph of your actual premises, staff, students or an actual event.
6. Disclosure
We recommend making it clear when marketing imagery is AI-generated - a short caption note such as "AI-generated image" is usually enough. Some advertising platforms, industry codes and consumer laws require disclosure for synthetic media, and some countries require labelling by law. Checking what applies where you advertise is your responsibility.
To help your studio explain this to parents and website visitors, we have prepared a free AI transparency clause you can paste into your own site or privacy policy. It is not legal advice, so please have it reviewed for your jurisdiction.
7. Ownership and reuse
You may use the images you generate for your studio's marketing, including commercially, as set out in our terms. Note that AI-generated images may not attract copyright protection in some countries, so you may not be able to stop others using a similar image. Similar prompts can also produce similar results for different studios.
8. Enforcement
Model providers apply their own safety filters, so some requests will be refused before we see them. We may also review generation activity where abuse is suspected, and we may warn, suspend or close accounts that breach this policy. Serious breaches involving child safety are reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Reporting a problem
If you see generated content that concerns you, or you believe an image reproduces a real person or infringes your rights, contact us at support@dancestudiomarketing.ai or use the in-app support form and we will investigate.
