Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

DancePix AI operates the Service and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at support@dancestudiomarketing.ai with any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

• Account details - your email address and password (stored hashed, never in readable form).
• Studio profile - studio name, location, uniform and space descriptions, dance styles, age groups and props notes that you enter.
• Uploads - reference images you upload, such as logos, uniforms, studio spaces and props.
• Generated content - the prompts you create and the images generated from them.
• Usage data - how many images you generate each month, feedback you leave on images, and support messages you send.
• Billing data - your subscription status and plan. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.

3. Why we use it

• To run the Service: generating images, saving your gallery, and building your content plan.
• To apply your plan's monthly image allowance and enforce fair use.
• To take payment and manage your subscription.
• To answer support requests.
• To keep the Service secure and investigate misuse.
• To send service emails such as password resets and billing notices. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Reference photos of real people

You control what you upload. If a reference photo shows an identifiable person - particularly a child - you must have the appropriate consent before uploading it, and you must comply with any photo permissions your studio has in place. We recommend uploading uniform and space photos without students in them wherever possible. Generated dancers are fictional and are not intended to reproduce a real person.

5. Who processes your data

We use these providers to run the Service:

• Supabase - database, authentication and file storage.
• Lovable - application hosting and the AI gateway used for image generation.
• Stripe - payment processing and subscription billing.
• AI model providers (including Google and Anthropic) - prompts, reference images and generated images are sent to these providers to produce and quality-check your images.

These providers may process data outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your profile, uploads and generated images while your account is open so you can reuse them. When you delete an image or a reference upload we remove it from your account. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, other than records we need to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our hosting providers under access controls, so that each studio can only reach its own profile, uploads and gallery. Passwords are hashed. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you suspect a problem.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to send you a copy of it. You can also object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email support@dancestudiomarketing.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live you may also be able to complain to a privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. Our payment provider may set cookies needed to complete checkout securely.

10. Children

The Service is for studio owners and staff, not children. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app.
